Eric Lannegrace M.Env., MBA is the President of minera and leads business development in the mining sector across North and South America. Widely recognized as a leader in the integration of advanced water treatment technologies, he has helped mining operations consistently meet—and often surpass—stringent water quality standards for both discharge and intake.

With more than 25 years of experience in business development and environmental management, Eric has built a strong reputation for driving innovation and delivering results. Before founding minera in 2019, he represented major water treatment manufacturers and was instrumental in introducing cutting-edge solutions to the mining industry. His career highlights include forging strategic partnerships, expanding client portfolios, and fostering organizational transformation through a culture of continuous improvement.

Eric holds an MBA from HEC Montréal and a Master’s degree in Environmental Science from the Université de Sherbrooke. His rare combination of technical expertise and business acumen positions him at the forefront of sustainable innovation in mining, where he continues to champion solutions that create long-term value for both the mining industry and the environment.

Richard Rousseau P.Eng. leads business development in the municipal and industrial sectors in Québec. A civil engineer with a specialization in environmental studies from Polytechnique Montréal, he has dedicated nearly 30 years to advancing water treatment solutions through project management, research and development, and the optimization of environmental technologies.

For more than two decades, Richard has represented leading manufacturers in the field, bringing innovative solutions to municipalities and industries alike. Among his key achievements, he played a central role in deploying Canada’s first municipal RBGS (MBBR) system in Ste-Julie and Québec’s first inorganic media biofilter in La Malbaie.

Widely respected for his integrity, technical expertise, and forward-looking vision, Richard is a trusted leader in Québec’s municipal and industrial environmental sectors, continually shaping progress in sustainable water management.

Julian Waingortin P.Eng., MBA leads business development initiatives in Latin America (LATAM) and oversees select high-profile projects in North America.

With over 25 years of cross-industry experience—including more than 15 years dedicated to mining—Julian has built a strong track record of identifying complex challenges and connecting them with effective solutions. His career spans work with a global consulting firm as well as representing leading OEMs and Tier 1 service providers in mining exploration, metallurgy, mineral processing, and engineering.

Julian combines deep technical expertise with a keen understanding of the unique operational and cultural dynamics of mining in the region. This perspective allows him to bridge global best practices with local realities.

He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Buenos Aires and an MBA from McGill University in Montreal. Before moving to Canada, Julian gained valuable experience in the oil & gas and food industries, working in quality assurance and logistics roles that further broadened his expertise.

Patrick Landry is responsible for lead generation, marketing and the development of cutting edge tools to help the minera team maximise their time and effort to grow the business for the Manufacturers represented. He brings more than 25 years of experience in business development, marketing, and project management, with a proven track record of driving organizational growth and innovation. Over the course of a diverse career, Patrick has led strategic initiatives in digital marketing, event management, public relations, and transformation projects that strengthened visibility and impact.

Currently completing a multidisciplinary management program at HEC Montréal, he combines analytical rigor with creativity to successfully lead complex projects and deliver measurable results. Recognized for a strategic mindset and ability to build long-term partnerships, Patrick specializes in helping organizations accelerate growth, enhance their digital presence, and modernize their marketing practices.
